Threatagility - Little Sentinels

Program Specific Risk Acknowledgement

This Program Specific Risk Acknowledgement applies to the Threatagility - Little Sentinels program provided by Novert Group Pte. Ltd.

By purchasing, accessing, or using this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Educational purpose

Threatagility - Little Sentinels is an educational program designed to support children’s awareness, confidence, emotional intelligence, communication, and age appropriate personal safety learning.

It is intended to help children build safer thinking habits and stronger awareness through guided learning with a parent or trusted grown up.

It is not legal advice, medical advice, mental health advice, emergency response instruction tailored to your circumstances, or a guarantee of safety in any environment.

2. Parent or trusted grown up responsibility

This program is intended to be purchased and guided by a parent, guardian, or trusted grown up unless otherwise expressly stated.

The adult purchaser or supervising adult accepts responsibility for deciding whether the program is suitable for the child, for supervising the child’s participation where appropriate, and for supporting safe and age appropriate engagement with the material.

3. No substitute for supervision or safeguarding

This program is not a substitute for active parenting, supervision, safeguarding practices, school policies, professional support, or emergency services.

The supervising adult remains responsible for the child’s safety, wellbeing, and environment at all times.

4. Real world application

This program may include discussions, reflection activities, simple awareness tasks, communication exercises, family conversations, and age appropriate real world observation activities.

Any practical activity must be carried out safely, lawfully, and in a manner appropriate to the child’s age, maturity, and environment.

5. Emotional wellbeing

Some parts of the program may involve discussions about feelings, boundaries, asking for help, safe adults, unsafe behaviour, or situations that feel uncomfortable or confusing.

The supervising adult is responsible for monitoring the child’s emotional wellbeing during participation.

If any part of the program causes distress, fear, confusion, or emotional discomfort for the child, participation should be paused and appropriate support should be provided.

6. No guarantee of safety or outcomes

Novert Group does not guarantee that completion of this program will prevent harm, eliminate risk, or produce any particular behavioural, emotional, developmental, or safety outcome.

Every child, family, and environment is different.

7. Not personalised advice

This program provides general educational guidance only.

It does not provide personalised child safety advice, clinical advice, therapeutic support, legal advice, or emergency response planning tailored to a specific child or situation.

8. Adult judgment required

The supervising adult agrees to use sound judgment at all times and not to require or encourage the child to take part in any activity that is unsafe, developmentally inappropriate, distressing, or unsuitable for the child’s circumstances.

9. Use of the material

The program is intended to support calm awareness, healthy communication, and safer family conversations.

It is not intended to create fear, paranoia, hypervigilance, or distress in a child.

The supervising adult accepts responsibility for how the material is introduced, explained, and supported.

10. Photos, videos, and child personal information

Novert Group does not request or require parents, guardians, trusted grown ups, or children to upload, submit, send, or share photos, videos, recordings, or other identifying images of children as part of this program.

Parents, guardians, and trusted grown ups must not submit or share child photos, videos, or other identifying child personal information through the website, course platform, forms, email, or related communication channels unless Novert Group expressly requests it for a clearly stated and specific purpose.

If any child photo, video, recording, or other identifying material is submitted despite not being requested, Novert Group may delete, disregard, or decline to use that material at its discretion.

11. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novert Group is not responsible for how a parent, guardian, trusted grown up, or child chooses to interpret, apply, or act on the material outside its intended educational context.

The supervising adult remains responsible for all decisions relating to the child’s participation, supervision, and real world safety.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in this acknowledgement excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
