Novert Group provides online digital education, training programs, and related digital products. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Novert Group, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital products and immediate access

Our products are digital in nature. In most cases, access is granted immediately or shortly after purchase.
Because of this, all sales are generally final unless otherwise expressly stated on the relevant product page or offer page.

2. No change of mind refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to complete a program
  • Failure to use your access
  • Personal scheduling issues
  • Misunderstanding the product where the product description was clear
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference alone
  • Failure to achieve a particular personal, professional, financial, or operational outcome

3. Product specific refund terms

If a specific program, offer, or promotion includes a stated refund period or special refund terms, those product specific terms will apply in addition to this Refund Policy. Where there is any inconsistency, the product specific refund terms will apply to that purchase.

4. Accessed or consumed content

Refunds will generally not be provided where a purchaser has already accessed, downloaded, viewed, streamed, consumed, copied, or substantially used the product or course content. This includes cases where login access has been granted and the purchaser has entered the course platform.

5. Payment plans

If we offer a payment plan for a program, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. 

Choosing not to continue with the program, not logging in, or deciding not to use the product does not cancel your payment obligations.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, you must contact us first at [email protected] so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access to current and future Novert Group products or services.

7. Exceptional circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision is made on a case by case basis and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide the same outcome in any other case.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, limits, or overrides any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
